It talks about Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin C from vegetables, vitamin K2 from cheese, egg yolk, grass-fed fatty meats and natto, and avoiding taking calcium as a supplement, unless you have cramps in the calf muscles or osteoperosis or osteopenia.
