Interesting. Anyone use these?

No, but if I ever get a sous vide, that’s what I’ll use.

Using one today for the first time. It seems to work. The seal is holding well, and it’s easy to wash out. However, it is VERY difficult to get all the air out. I’m not sure how this will affect results, though.

Too small for my uses. Almost all of SV projects are in gallon or two gallon ziplocks. Or foodsaver custom rolls.

This has some really bad reviews about durability and mold…

Yes, after having it a while, I don’t think I’d recommend them. I have a cut in the silicone seal, but I have no idea how it got there. The corners are also very difficult to keep clean. Also, the bag seems to hold smells too well, even after washing.

On balance, I’d probably skip this if I were to decide again.
