Most weeks i alternate day fast. So from Sunday night to Tuesday lunch I don’t eat, Tuesday night to Thursday lunch, etc. Ends up being about 40 hour fasts. I’ve never had an issue with refeeding. I used to start slow with some macs and wait but now I just eat. This is how I broke my fast today. This Sammy was a MONSTER!

So satisfying. A HUGE amount of fat, protein, and sodium and right back to work feeling satisfied. Not like I want to sleep the afternoon away.

I haven’t even done my 60 hour fast yet…but after this weekends fast I might have to get that one!! Thanks for the idea.
