red meat isn’t even close to tobacco in terms of cancer risk. smoking and alcohol ways bigger factors.

agreed what about the other things like cancer causing activities?? Not to offend but tobacco is not the only cancer causing activity.

I eat fish 2 times per week, red meat twice, dark chicken meat with skin twice and butchers pork and fennel sausages once. I often have leftover protein with 3 eggs and Parmesan for breakfast. I also have a 62.5g can of groliere bloc goose liver foie gras over the course of a week - excellent source of vitamins A and K2 (MK 4). Ruminant meat is an excellent source of heme iron which can only be sourced from animal foods. Vitamin A from animal sources is far more bio available same for iron. All my mammograms cleat
