I’ll stick with real food and natural alternative sweeteners that have been proven to be safe (erythritol and stevia, particularly).
Who knows what kind of havoc this kind of frankenstein monster stuff could do to our bodies? They thought HFCS would be fine, and look where that went.

IMO it’s not only stuff like soda that’s wreaking havoc, it’s the sugar added to EVERYTHING - ketchup, bread, soups, etc. I know why they do it, but I frankly find it pretty disgusting.
People can avoid soda pretty easily if they want to, but a lot of people have no idea how much sugar is in stuff like canned soup or beanless chili, etc. It’s messed up.
