When I started keto, finding things to cook was a big problem. The 2kd podcast always gave great inspiration with recipes.
A game changer for me though was finding a couple of YouTube channels that do recipe walk-throughs.

Headbangers Kitchen

Sous Vide Everything Is one of my faverite channles on youtube. It has these Brazilian and Cuban guys cooking lunch at their office and they experiment with meat and Sous Vide. I learned a bunch from their experiments, like don’t butter the meat as it masks the flavor and washes away the salt.

And this is a new guy, I just found. He’s really funny and I like his approach to cooking because it’s very much like mine and his Showdowns are great too.
