I have used this recipe in the past (Before Keto) they are wonderful. I’m not sure what to sub for molasses but the rest of the non-keto ingredients are simple to get around.

Those sound awesome too! I really wanted an Asian marinade and ended up making my old standby sate recipe using sesame oil, rice vinegar, tamari, natural peanut butter, ginger and garlic. Will cook up tonight and let you know…

I’m terrible at measuring so these are estimates …my basic SATE marinade is:
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2tbsp sesame oil
4-5 tbsp tamari (like soy sauce without the wheat)
2 cloves garlic
1 inch piece ginger root grated or 1tsp powder
Juice of 1 lemon or 3 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar
