I just made the KETO TACOS from the podcast. For some reason try as I might the cheese doesn’t want to brown. My wife says she is hungry and wants to eat them anyway.
Have any of you tried this recipe? Do you have any advice?
What kind of cheese did you use and how long did you cook it…it can take longer than you would expect.
I used freshly shredded mozzarella (Correction: Monterrey Jack), just like in the recipe. However, looking at his pictures, I think he actually used something else.
The hard mozz and not the fresh mozz right?

You are right. I had a brain fart when I answered that. I used Monterrey Jack as mentiond in the recipe.

Most any shreddable cheese will work with enough time. But fresh mozz has too much moisture.
