I have a recipe for blueberry cream cheese coffee cake. It calls for vanilla whey protein powder. I don’t have vanilla, but I have plain unflavored.
I could do a seat-of-the-pants thing and guess at adding some vanilla and some sweetener.
I Googled pretty extensively but never found anything all that helpful.
Any thoughts on quantities of ingredients to give a decent approximation? Maybe one of you have been here before.?
