Chris, This is why sites like this are so important. The food and drug industry SURELY sees the writing on the wall already, and many “studies” will be published to scare the public away from eating this way, because profits make stock holders happy. Thank you for posting your HUGE financial savings from adopting this way of eating, though your health savings is the greater winner.

And haven’t we been seeing those studies now. I know you posted this in January but is seems like it’s happening now!
