RDA's

Greetings !

I heard on a podcast somewhere that our RDA’s change when we are on a Ketogenic diet …

I am using the app called CRONOMETER to track my macros and it shows me if I reach my “targets” for so many other things, … fiber, vitamins, minerals etc.

It is so interesting to see where what i eat is seemingly deficient in some micro’s but if our RDA’s do change then should I be setting different targets for them ?

How can I get info about this if it is true ?

Thanks !

There isn’t an official list of changes because most nutritional peak bodies don’t accept that fat adaptation is a natural part of the human condition.

But my understanding is that;

Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium requirements are higher
Vitamin C requirements are lower
