Rapid fire keto creamer

#1

Hi
I just saw this in the store and was wondering if anyone has tried it

(What The Fast?!) #2

Nutrition label please!

Found it.

Not sure how they get 2g of carbohydrates if the only ingredients are coconut oil, MCT oil, and grass fed butter…maybe the guar gum? IMO, not worth it - make your own at home and save $$ and carbs.

Contains sugar!!!

#5

Well, it’s the naturally occurring sugars (lactose) in the milk they use for the grass-fed butter, which is keto, so I wouldn’t rule this product out for that specific reason, but everyone’s mileage may vary on this rule/approach.

Thanks for the clarification @PrimalBrian. I don’t use milk or creamer of any kind so I was not aware of naturally occurring sugars. My Kerrygold butter doesn’t list any sugars.

Heavy cream FTW!

#8

That’s right, and likely because it’s under .5g of carbs per serving, which can be listed as “0” on the label.

Thank you Sir, I learned something today!

Thank you!!
Andrea, how do make your own

Just throw some coffee, MCT or coconut oil, grass fed butter, and salt in a blender and mix. This creamer is basically bulletproof coffee mix in a plastic bottle.

Looks fabulous for travelling situations, and onsite jobs!

A person could do well if stranded at an airport with tub of this (if allowed depending on how liquid I suppose… and there’s another brand I saw on Amazaon whose formula is a solid oils sort of thing in a jar) and some herb tea or coffee from Starbuck’s etc. Yum yums.

It says the sugar comes from milk (butter). [edit] NM, that’s been covered. DOH!

Curious - how much is it? I wonder if it’s made it to Texas. Can’t find it on any of the store site they list that are in my area.

#15

My neighbor found it at Harmon Drugs, but hasn’t gotten back to me with a price.
It’s not on amazon(curious)

Finally got it!!!
I tried it today, it was almost $11 and was fairly yummy. (Powdered creamer)

I just found this on Amazon. It’s $14 bucks, but I am willing to try it. Anyone know if it’s ok for use during fasting? I guess that would go back to what type of fasting you are doing and if you typically would allow a BPC during your fasting phase?

There’s a instant coffee that goes with it too. Seems a little pricy and I’m not sure of the purpose of it.

Those are a really good idea!

They’ve just appeared in my backwater… I grabbed the Collagen Creamer one. Hope it and a few slabs of ribs can help this achy shoulder and spine from the last few hanmudo sessions!
