Quick Lemonade/Sports Drink

Headed to the park to play frisbee, and kid asked for lemonade. Whipped it up in his water bottle with approx equal parts

  • erithritol
  • some sugar
  • glycine- since it’s naturally sweet and works into joints for collagen turnover while exercising
  • Lemon juice

why did you add sugar

I wondered that also.

Because he’s a kid running around playing frisbee. Has a sweet tooth like most kids. By making it myself I control the ingredients and amount of sugar.
