I notice like many others as I lose my fat gets jiggly and weird before it firms back up… I have cellulite like no other and am curious if anyone has found Keto superior in helping it fade or is cellulite more genetic something that will stick around? Any tips over all ?

I’m really glad I’m losing my weight slow, I hope I do not have lots of loose skin, if I do I’m still better off though obviously I’d rather not…
When I was 19 (now 30) I followed a Ketogenic diet and lost 75lbs in 4 months! 215-138… I seemed to tighten up but would notice one week my tummy might feel loose or thighs and it just kept going…now at 30 haha I weigh less but have way more cellulite (lame!!!)… I’m hoping I can get similar results though…fingers crossed
…I may try 16:8 next week once I get through this first 10-14 days!
