Anyone else addicted to quest bars? I’ve eaten 6 in the Last 2 days.
Quest bar slippery slope!
I avoid all pre made food products if at all possible, with exception for cheeses, bacon, and the occasional condiment.
I don’t trust “keto” products as it’s becoming big business and probably not so healthy as food you make yourself.
After all you can’t put a ™ on a vegetable or a piece of meat!
The faster you eat them, the sooner you can go out and buy more.
I’ll eat them when I’m traveling and that’s about it. Definitely a slippery slope product to be sure.
I went through a phase with Quest bars as well, but I cut them out after a while. I much prefer the Suzie GoodFats bars - fewer carbs and much less sweetener!
Last time I had one was on a road trip last July and haven’t had one since. They’re ok but taste a little too gritty to me.
They are a sweet treat - I can only buy one at a time! If I have the bar with butter to increase the fat content and hot coffee - it is filling and delicious! Especially here in the deep freeze of Chicago. But - it’s not a great choice—
Have you tried KETO BARS? They are expensive but pure, high fat content, don’t have that sugary taste but meet the bar requirement — warning - they can be addictive too!!
Where are the rest of the 24g of carbs coming from if only 1g is sugar and 14g are fibre? Or am I totally misreading the label here??

Welp I just jogged 4 miles and sat in the sauna. Hopefully that depletes any stored sugar.
