Pumped for Upcoming Keto-Friendly Energy Drink

January 2026 can’t come soon enough!

I think LD’s branding is ingenious. Products are good, if pricey, and when I was super strict keto for a research study, it was all I could drink at a rock concert.

Thoughts?

They’re using allulose, which I hope more people would use. Would like to see white and dark chocolate with it, along with ice cream. I can make my own, but it’s time consuming.

Have you had Lily’s chocolate?

I’m new to allulose. I find some drinks use stevia well, and others have an unpleasant aftertaste.

I have been using Lakanto monkfruit with erythritol, but a recent study alleges it might be problematic.

I think Lily’s still uses erythritol. I’ve seen a few studies saying erythritol may be problematic, but it’s always hard to tell what this means in actual humans for the amount we’re eating.

Allulose seems to have quite a few good studies going for it, though it also could be problematic. Hard to know. As of right now, I don’t know of any studies against allulose.

This is a discussion about allulose with a lot of heavy-hitter keto/low carb folks:

Was sponsored by an allulose manufacturer, though the people seem legit.
