I just have a question. Online when you look at how much protein is in 1 oz sockeye salmon it says 6-6.5g per raw. Cooked is 7 - 7.5g per oz. This is because it is more condensed after being cooked and lost water right? So if I weight out 4.5 oz raw sockeye. I am get about 28g total protein after it is cooked correct?
