Protein Goal

Newbie here: I know that we need to meet our protein goal daily, but what if you just don’t feel hungry? Is that going to be harmful/kick you out of ketosis/make me lose muscle?

Should I just drink maybe a protein shake to meet that goal? If so recommendations?

You’re all good, Judy. :slightly_smiling_face: People go many days at a time, not eating protein. Not eating protein and carbs will usually, if anything, put you deeper into ketosis.

One day, or even two or three days, won’t matter. Longterm may not be the best idea, but just here and there, no problem.
