Protein Bars for exercise

This is being reviewed on a cyclin site I often frequent.

We see Mars and others cover chocolate bars as ‘protein’ ones aimed at athletes, Just amazing allowed to et away with this, protein is not something we need in abundance FFS.

This is what happens with 60+ years of fighting the wrong enemy, FAT!! It is so disturbing how companies can just mislead the masses with no repercussions, corporate heads making money off nonsense BLEH :stuck_out_tongue:

and problem is crap like this is trying to challenge the already crowded fitness bar market …

Problem is people thinking they need a “bar” of anything prepackaged lol, just prep some snacks at home to cover whatever macros the bar would cover! :smiley:

indeed and far far cheaper but some don’t like the hassle …
