The head of Health Canada’s Office of Nutrition Policy and Promotion is saying that “there was very consistent evidence is the need to reduce saturated fat, replacing it with unsaturated fat,”

Even if folks cut back on the sugar, that alone should produce remarkable gains…“healthy fats” we can work on later.
