Progress Update - Scale and Non-Scale

So, I am 6 months in full Keto (not a single cheat day or accidental slip)!

I am a 6’ 6" Male with moderate to very active lifestyle. I workout at the gym, mostly weight training with a little cardio, 1.5-2 hours a day, 4-5 days a week on average.

*Today I surpassed 90Lbs weight loss on the scale (90.3 to be exact).
*I have lost 11 inches on my waist and 4 inches in my hips.
*I got a moderately severe headache in early May of 2018 and it never went away. I am talking day and night, never gone. I saw 7 doctors, had multiple test, tried multiple medications and no one could figure out what was causing my non-stop headache. In early Feb 2019 (a little over 3 months of Keto), the headache went away, completely, and has not returned!
*I have gained visible muscle in my arms, legs, shoulders, and neck. I can’t wait to see the muscles I am gaining in my abs after the rest of the fat is gone.
*I have more energy than I have known in many years.
*I can concentrate on tasks to completion without getting distracted by hunger, pain, or various other “little” things that used to distract me.

I cannot explain how much I have turned around my life over the last 6 months and how great I feel.
