Victories so far:
35 years young. Started maybe 220lbs at end of March 2018 (maybe weighed more, I refused to weighed myself). Now 153lbs and 13lbs to my goal weight of 140lbs
I feel healthier & happier
My relationship with other people is better because I feel better/happier.
I resolved my severe inflammation (dysmenorrhoea)
I don’t feel guilt from eating (currently OMAD).
I don’t get hunger cravings.
I sleep better (I did have insomnia on keto but resolved this …separate post on this later)
I have a better understanding of how to use food to heal my body.
Feel optimistic about the future in relation to my health & wellbeing
My skin is honestly clearer. Thanks fish oils.
Mental clarity!
I decided to start dating again. I was previously terrified of dating because I couldn’t think of subjecting anyone to what I went through a few days every month due to the dysmenorrhoea. It was terrible. I had often though that if I did ever find a partner, we’d have to have two different rooms for my “days”. I would never had made the connection between my Omega3:6 ratio if I never went on keto. God help me with the dating though.
But …Yah…this KETO is just terrrrrible
