Hi,
I thought I would post my 13 days of results visually, I started 31st December and weighted myself everyday.
This diet has so helped me with my sugar addiction, I have had no cravings and feel free of sugar. I am not eating as much as most of the time I am not hungry. I realise now I had a bad snacking habit eating sugary junk.
I have not started any exercise, this I am going to start tomorrow and try to do 5 days of cardio for a couple of weeks then move onto cardio and weights.
Also attached are my Keotnix measurements below, show breath acetones.
Most of the time I measure higher in the morning than the evenings.
