Pressure in upper stomach

I have noticed over the last week I am experiencing pressure in my upper stomach typically after my evening meal. I presume it is indegestion possibly due to the increased fat content. It feels like my food is stuck there. I am drinking close to 3L of water every day and eating within my macros according to Carb Manager. Any thoughts on how to relieve it? This is new for me since starting keto.

This is probably just due to the shocking change in diet. If you have really upped dairy for this diet - maybe cut back, lots of people mention dropping diary as making a big difference.

But, if it does not go away, you should have your gallbladder and liver tested and maybe a 23andme test to rule out a genetic issue. It seems that some people, through previous damage or genetics, simply do not handle fats well.

Thanks Robert, I will reduce dairy for now and see although not sure I have increased dairy rather reduced Yoghurt and increased cheese. Thrn again I did have cheese with dinner. Hopefully the adjustment to diet and will resolve it. Appreciate the insights and info regarding tests and possible causes.
