I just ordered this bad boy and it arrives tomorrow. What are your absolute favourite, easy peasy pressure cooker recipes for a PC newbie like me? :slight_smile:

I just got mine, too, and did a 1/2 chicken in it, which came out great.

Awesome, thanks. Did you get the same device or something different? I was going to get the Duo60 but this looked like the newer version for only $20 more.

I love eggs, 4 minutes, quick release. I do different meats all the time for 70 mins natural release. I’ve done bone broth 90 minutes natural release. All have worked great.

I love my Instant Pot

Here’s a lovely soup recipe

2-3lb chuck roast (brown on all sides in oil)
some beef stock
an onion
some garlic
salt/pepper
a bay leaf
some mushrooms
maybe a carrot
Cook under 10lbs of pressure for 45mins. Perfect every time!
