Preparing for first Drs. Appointment Post Keto - Medical References

I thought I listened to a podcast where the Keto dudes referenced printing out some medical studies and taking them with him to his Drs. Appointment. I’ve looked high and low and cannot find them, my Search-fu is usually much stronger than this. This is the only thing I can find - http://pwop.com/download/TheKetogenicDietInANutshell.pdf

Does anyone know if such a thing exists? Did I hear the podcast wrong?

Yes i heard it on one of the keto dudes podcast but not sure which one it was when i was blitz listening. Lol. They are great!

If you have access to a copy of Gary Taubes’s book, Good Calories, Bad Calories, or to Nina Teicholz’s book, The Big Fat Surprise, there are extensive references to the medical literature in the appendices.

I think this is the link that was referenced. I’m looking for the same “best of” list. the first two seem pretty good but #3 doesn’t support our beliefs.
