I’ve been on Keto for a little over a year now, down 35lbs and feel amazing. I recently started incorporating HIIT workouts (Barry’s Bootcamp) and since I go early in the morning before work, I am looking for suggestions on what to have beforehand. I have been drinking this which has helped my energy levels super early, but I’m almost out.
Any suggestions on what to eat/drink prior to an early HIIT workout?
