I was doing nutty keto for 2.5 years… fearful of overdoing my calories and i slowly started gaining even though i was restricting EVERYTHING (dairy, nuts, soy, sweeteners)
1h HIIT EVERY DAY and not exceeding 1400 cal
I was losing muscle and gaining fat back was miserable, my brain was off… now I did gain quite a bit back 10kg but 5 of them where muscle.
I feel better than ever and fasting has become easy.
Sometimes I do OMAD and easily get 2000 cal in a meal at times. (I loose more slowly on those days but I still loose)
Some people say “ditch the scale”, I know this can be scary, but how about just weighing yourself once a week until you wrap your head around that whole keto thing properly? My views have shifted MASSIVELY the last 4 years.
My health is more important than anything, weightloss is just a really awesome bonus.
And think maybe you should start to track fat closer until you understand it more.
You are low on protein without question, that will all difference as well I want to say you are in the 90g range of protein.
ketosticks are ok but not perfect.
MCT oil or coconut oil will boost ketones and help with energy, but I still think you are too low.
I will try to stop my everyday weighing.
