I keep passing by these muffins at my work place- and kinda laugh and cringe at the same time. Sadly, i thought eating them was a good idea because they were calorie dense and free at my workplace. I had eaten them for years before i learned about lchf and keto. Hard to imagine how much damage they’ve done. At least i figured it out and am feeling good now!
Thought it might be fun to see if anyone else had any other nemesis that they have defeated!!
I remember years ago they were even worse- like 450 calories. Can you believe it- 56gm carb and 17gm fat nicely combined in one treat?? For an extra boost- You could pair this with a can of Mountain Dew (only another 46gm of carbs)- not that i ever did that
Not to mention what an array of interesting ingredients!
I don’t even feel too bad- that one ended up in the garbage can.
