Pork rind and Parmesan fried chicken

Chicken marinated 24 hours in vinegar, salt, msg, pepper and garlic. Dipped in egg and then in a mix of pork crackling and leftover parmesan crisps I had. Deep fried until golden brown. Aw yiss

I always fry my chicken in porkrind dust and Parmesan cheese. It taste so good!
