Two freshly smoked pork shoulder roasts to greet the dawn! My freezer is gonna be challenged.

One has a cumin-based rub and the other rosemary-based, so I’m gonna chop both up and freeze them in labeled aliquots for later variety. Some of each will get eaten fresh in the next few days.

And I was joking. There’s enough room in my freezer!

yea we who BBQ to extremes always have enough room :wink:

cumin and rosemary. funny, those are 2 tastes I never liked. would not be a fan of that rub but I am sure you lightly dosed them to give that flavor you love and adore and INHALE! :slight_smile: more power to you!!

One nice thing, the meat roasts we love, we can specialize them so simple for what we love and thrive on and you did just that and THAT PIC, OMG I wanna be all over those babies!!

might seem weird question but is that smoker in the house or on back porch enclosure? doesn’t seem ‘all that ouside’ to me but that might be pic angle etc??

The smoker is on a covered patio. That window is above the workbench in my garage.

ahh best of both worlds, covered when smoking in the rain or bad weather to check, got all the workings to make the smoker works in its best form…love ya thought that one out :sunny: I am the same way :wink:
