Anyone have subs for popcorn? I do miss it sometimes.

I’ve not been a fan of pork rinds, but I do regularly make cheese crisps. They are closer to potato chips, but are crunchy and salty.

Several commercial varieties of cheese crisps get closer to popcorn than chips:

I miss it sometimes too…
So I eat it sometimes.
But not all the times that I miss it, only some of the times.

Pork rinds. I especially love chili lime flavored.

Try them with cream cheese. Just warm slightly so you can dip. So good!!!

I do use them as a sub to eat onion dip, a childhood fav. I wonder if tossing pork rind with powdered cheese would be good. Kind of like Cheetos maybe.

Cooking Keto with Kristie has a recipe for Dorito flavored pork rinds. Don’t see why you can’t make cheeto type ones too…
