Guys!!! I started a fast on Monday, Monday I was fine, Tuesday I was fine until later in the night, but today… day three, I feel like Im gonna cave and eat!!! How do I overcome it ?
When I am fasting and feel like eating, I eat Pink Himalyan Salt, (1 tablespoon directly on my tongue and swallow 32 ounces of water with it) and the hunger goes completely away =). Some people also find that drinking Coffee or Green Tea can help =-).
