Please help me with my macros!

Hi everyone!
I seem to reeeaally struggle to lose weight, no matter what I do. I’ve been keto since January 2018, SW 155-157lbs, CW 147-150lbs. GW 130lbs.
I am going to commit to 2 meals a day, 1pm and 5pm, and was wondering if people could help me calculate my macros for those meals and maybe even some ideas for meals (I would be fine eating just eggs and fat for a while). I am 30 years old and female.

My frustration is that initially I was so excited about all the changes I saw on keto, the weight loss and the energy, but slowly those stopped. I supplement salt, potassium and magnesium, take 4000iu of vitamin d daily, and check for ketones in my urine periodically, always in ketosis.
I had worried about a dairy intolerance but have seen no difference since eliminating.

So hoping new macros and a smaller eating window will kick start the weight loss again.

Have no idea but taking a guess that you have been under eating

You need to be consuming near 1683 calories daily.
Macro’s should be-
carbs - 20g or less (net)
protein- 55 to 75g approximatly (not an absolute)
fat- to satiety (close to 140g in the beginning until adaption)

Okay thanks @Alley and @mtncntrykid, one calculator had put me at 1369 cals… I’ll try this for 2 weeks and report back!
