I am 60 years old, 6’2", 171-175lbs, classic ectomorph. I dropped 30lbs over the last year on a bodybuilder-type diet, and resistance training. I estimate my body fat to be 20%. In the last month I have eliminated almost all grains, veggies, fruits, and nuts. Any carbs I get are either from dairy, beef liver, or avocado. I hypertrophy train in a pull/leg/push/OFF schedule. Cardio 3-4 times a week, abs…3 times a week. My goals, besides being healthy, is to increase muscle mass, and to reduce body fat. Here’s some numbers. Thanks.
Total cals…2788
Protein…239grams…35.9%cals
Net carbs…34.8grams…6.3%cals
Fat…183.9grams…57.8cals.
Please critique my diet as it pertains to my long term goals

Way outside of my knowledge. Have you ever listened to the podcasts Human Performance Outliers, Muscle Expert, or High intensity Health? These might be good resources.
