Question, I am almost 3 weeks in and have been feeling great!!! But yesterday and today I have little energy, very tired esp in afternoons. Plus I lost weight 1st week but nothing since!
I’m 5,6, 48 years old, yesterday ate 1100cal, 89 fat and 74protein and 9.4 carbs. I know that doesn’t sound like much but I’m eating til I’m full!! I even ate fat bombs to beef up my numbers!
Plateau? How do I know?

It’s probably still adaptation and keto flu. Check out your sodium intake and make sure you are not restricting it.

If you are three weeks in, you are not plateaued.
It’s generally six weeks of no weight loss, or tight fluctuation around a set point, say +/- 2 lbs.

Not enough fat, not enough calories. Increase fat which will increase calories. And I agree that this early on you can not plateau.
