I’m not sure you understood my post. The 1400 g amount came from a weekly total of 200g per Day. I recommended taking the Weekly Total and dividing into two days of 700g each with a couple of days in between. This intermittancy allows liver glycogen levels to drop and lipolysis to resume. No, a couple of 700g days of carbs spread over a week will not refill glycogen.

Yes, I’ve done CKD and TKD for over 15 years when I was Training Heavy. I’ve never regained any fat, only added muscle.

My replies are geared toward the mentality of the individual that I am dealing with. Trying to provide information to an individual like yourself is a waste to time.

For some, like your, ignorance is a choice; something that can’t be fixed.

I fast I do 20/4 eat dinner and a snack. I do not eat outside that parameter. Not hungry. Zero need. I was told that half a pound is normal especially someone my age. The weight comes off that way naturally. Perhaps because I don’t need to lose a lot. 20-25 pounds.
Nothing changed since November 23 my start date except it went from half a pound to no pounds.
Clothing keeps getting bigger though. Seems like the more I drop the harder it gets.
So it’s not hidden carbs. Actually I’ve gotten even more serious, if that’s even possible… Watching my intake. I took on intermediate fasting because of the ease of following carbs.
It makes the entire process so much easier to navigate. I do well with restrictions and rules and become more determined the harder something is.
So it’s still tough to determine the issue. Definetely has to be metabolic because I haven’t veered off except with the pretzel thingy.
Going to perhaps do it again at some point. I believe there is absolutely something to it.
Don’t reccomend it for someone who can’t jump right back on though. Dangerous.

How refreshing to hear from you again. I see you missed the point of my previous post, and again responded emotionally rather than intellectually. I suggest you “Unbunch your Panties” and actually try to respond on a factual basis rather than on whatever faith based belief you have. You replied with Demonization and insult, rather than with information.

Your childish response was based on your level of intelligence and ignorance, not mine. I suggest you attempt to avoid such Projection in the future.
