Pizza sauce

I use Don Pepinos. But it has a bit of corn oil which some folks are not ok with.

Here is an easy pizza sauce.

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Cook oil and garlic in medium saucepan over low heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, increase heat to medium, and cook until slightly thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

The only one that’s even close that I’ve managed to find is the one by Target… I can’t remember the brand name. It’s the one that’s their organic stuff…?

Thank you all for the great ideas. I have reached my maximum likes for the day. I didn’t know that was possible. lol

I’ve had luck with a Mario Batali sauce. It has super low carbs and a little bit goes a long way.

Great Value Pizza sauce from Walmart is the one I get.

We use Rao’s for various meals. I like putting their Vodka sauce on top of burgers. There’s always an open jar in the fridge for individual use, and several more in the pantry for meals. This is the one we like for pizza. It has more bite to it than the marinara.

Interesting, so that’s already net carbs?

It reads kinda that way, but, since things aren’t usually labeled that way in the USA, I’m not sure.

If it’s says 3g sugar I would go with 3 and not subtract the fiber. Seems wonky.
