Here I present two pics, about a year apart, you can tell the difference. The older one is the standard Carb burner and of course the latest is after a 240km ride on Sunday. Now the first one I completed my aim of finishing the Marmotte but going back in a couple of weeks to go even quicker !!

Since I’m a non-bike rider, what are some of the power benefits you can see in the picture? Is it related to posture/stance? Like height of your hips relative to the handlebars?

for cyclin a key is power to weight ratio, if you can as I have done keep the same power but lose weight, you go faster, as simple as that really.

good one, is it flat or hilly, my first was very hilly but was not keto … Fat adaption is magical

then the key is to make sure you hold back until the end, as fat adapted many will be bonking etc take advantage of them !
