Just been released and showing what we know that T2D is eased by Kept but this is based on proper science of course. Steve and Jeff don;t do flaky science.

It is a long read but states

Side Effects
One subject withdrew from the study in the first 70 days because of a dietary side effect (diarrhea due to fat intolerance). There were no serious adverse events in this time period and, specifically, no serious symptomatic hypoglycemic events requiring medical intervention.

These were people previously with issues !

If a bout of the runs scared us from Keto I think there would be very few of us here.

I only had a bit during adaption but obviously some people have this intolerance which runs (not a pun !!) beyond that point

Would love to see the instruction they gave since the point was remote delivery. My only concern is that a group will finally latch on to this and make it a gimmick and it will end up a fad diet.
