- You’re going to be cooking the roast directly on the oven rack, so on the rack below the one you’ll be using place a 9x13.
- Preheat oven to 500.
- Cook roast for 5 minutes per pound.
- Turn off oven and do not open for two hours.
- Enjoy!
It turned out a little bland. Next time I’ll get a fattier cut and marinade it first. Even still, my husband liked it and he hates roasts. So that’s telling!!
