"Perfect" Keto Macro Recipies

So, I’m trying to compile a list of no-brainer keto recipies. Basically recipies that fall into ideal macro ratios. (ie 5% or less of carbs, 60+% fat) Links are fine. thanks.

My recipe, derived from Brenda’s:
Preheat oven to 375
Take pork belly slices (from Costco, super cheap), score them lightly, season them (I use Butt Rub, contains no sugar) on both sides.
Throw slices in cold cast iron pan.
Roast 30 minutes if you only have 1 or 2 in pan, 45 if you do 3 or 4 slices - careful not to overload pan.
Try extremely hard not to eat all at once.
Fail miserably and realize that it’s impossible to batch cook this meal because it’s way too delicious to have any self-control.

I made Cajun pork belly last week. I didn’t get the sliced though. You can buy it whole, but since I work there, I sweet talked the meat manager to cut me off a pound and a half. I tried to get my husband to have it with me, but he doesn’t like Cajun seasoning.

It was amazing!!!
