Fat: 16g
Protein: 7g
Carbs: 6g
Fiber: 2g
Net carbs: 4g
I would not touch that PB. Sugar and palm oil are not something I want. I imagine it’s full of other bad things.
Is there a good way to keep the oil from separating?
I make my own. Lots of variety, so amazing. Too amazing. 10 lbs in a month amazing lol
