Peanut butter stalls me

Here is the PB I use…

Serving: 2tbsp
Fat: 16g
Protein: 7g
Carbs: 6g
Fiber: 2g
Net carbs: 4g

I would not touch that PB. Sugar and palm oil are not something I want. I imagine it’s full of other bad things.

Is there a good way to keep the oil from separating?

I make my own. Lots of variety, so amazing. Too amazing. 10 lbs in a month amazing lol

I’ve also got this sitting on a shelf, but I don’t like having to stir it

Put it in the fridge might help

Thanks. I may get a small jar to try it with

It is stupid easy to make your own if you have a food processor.

Dr. Westman is “One of the world’s leading experts on all-things low-carb” and I have the pleasure of seeing him in his clinic every six months now. He’s seen thousands of patients and has had great success with his “Page Four” approach. It’s a far more simple method than the macro-counting and weighing and other methods promoted to achieve low-carb eating. I went from 285 to 225, and have kept it off 18 months now. I’ve never had such long term success in my 56 years.

Thank you, it was emailed to e after I entered my name. I wish I could get my Dad to try Keto to help his Diabetes, he is insulin dependent. Best of luck to you!

He should check out Vitra Health. https://www.virtahealth.com/

After stirring, I keep mine in the fridge and it doesn’t separate.
