My neighbour complimented me today, telling me that I look younger every time he sees me. I could have accepted the compliment and went on my merry way–noting to myself that it was a shame I couldn’t return the compliment. At that moment with Carl and Richard in my ears I decided to stop and tell him about Keto & EF suggesting that it might help him. My neighbour converted there and then, I emailed him all the resources he needed on the spot, I haven’t seen him so excited ever. I’m hoping the next time I see him, I can return the compliment.

I understand! You can’t stop smiling! Everyone thinks I’m taking a happy pill of some sort and I just laugh and tell them what I’m doing. It feels kind of evangelical !!! Hubby is about to buy a cross trainer to “burn some of my energy off”. He started a week ago, it could become competitive in our house…fun!
