Patato starch filling supps vitamine k2

#1

Will Patato starch filling kick you out ketosis and fast?

#2

Not enough in there to matter

Some here would call that healthy resistant starch if you believe in that sort of thing.

#4

You can see it in the nerherlands on vitamines as a filler. And on some German beef steak meat. See attachments

If you have the choice between potato starch and corn starch, pick potato. The only thing I eat that has this in it is shredded cheese. I would prefer no fillers, but unless I want to shred my own, it’s not going to happen.

#6

But is there any science that demonstrates that potato starch gets you from ketose or a fast.

#7

I cant read the ingredients without translation but I did recognize Ginko which makes me wonder if EVERY ingredient might have nutritive value and be considered breaking a fast but . . . as lfod14 stated, there’s not enough to matter. If fasting why not just not take any suplements since we dont need them all the time.

Here is what I use for Vitamin K supplementation https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00IASI5JW?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details

It has some rice powder/bran added, while I don’t normally eat any rice anymore, the tiny amounts in this has not interfered with my level of ketosis after having this, nor blood sugar either.

If you have calcium deposits in your heart then multiVitamin Ks are essential, that is why I take it. If needed don’t worry about such a tiny amount of filler.
