Out of Ketosis?

I’ve been on vacation for spring break, I started Wednesday and had sort of a “party night” that night and drank unflavored rum for the first time in a month. Last night I didn’t drink but I had too much keto pizza (just because it was there and soooo good)…for the past two days I’ve been taking 3 hour naps midday when before I couldn’t have done that. My energy level seems fine besides that though, I’ve still been getting up early. And I don’t feel hungry every 6 hours. Do y’all think I’m out of Ketosis? I still have a couple more days on vacation so if I am out of Ketosis what should I do about it?

It really depends on whether or not you exceeded your carb limit if you’re still in ketosis or not. If by chance you are out of ketosis, fasting for 24 hours will put you back into ketosis the quickest way or you can do your best and stick to 20g or less of net carbs daily.

Okay, does it sound like I’m out though? The carbs could be from all the cheese on the pizza I ate…

More than likely, depending on how much “too much of keto pizza” is. Do you know the macros for the keto pizza you were eating is?

This was from that whole day but the pizza was homemade so I just scanned all the barcodes from each ingredient.

You carbs look fine, so I think you should still be good.

The only way you’ll know for sure is to blood test. Stop stressing, out it behind you.
