Others who are sluggish losers (riding the slow boat) care to share a testimony?

Hello!
My brother is finally moving back to the states from Australia. When we send stuff to him we can either do airmail (and spend the same amount as the purchase we are sending) or send it on the slow boat, cheaper but it takes a long time.
I’m looking for others to give a testimony about being a sluggish loser or riding the “slow boat”
I have been keto since the end of January, IF every other day since November. I have lost from 12 to 15 lbs mostly from the IF period (10 lbs). I loose about 1 pound a month. Almost all my loss has been from fasting. I don’t have questions, my keto meter registers every day, I know my macros. I am well aware I have a deranged metabolism. I’m looking for others to give a testimony about being a sluggish loser. I would like to hear some success stories (Not the guys who loose 20 lbs in a month please!) I have about 30 lbs to loose which is conservative and I would like to know that I won’t be 90 before I hit my goal. Thanks!

That is not slow loss to many of us. There are many threads that deal with ‘slow losers’. Check out ‘search’ in the upper right hand corner.

Thanks Alexia, I will look for the other threads. I haven’t seen a longitudinal report from people who loose very slowly so I am looking for how others progressed.
I should have explained a bit better. I was doing 36 hour IF every other day from November to the last week of January. I had lost around 10- 12 lbs by the beginning of January. (I am not sure where I started from so thats why the range). I was in a stall pretty much all of January. enter keto the end of January. I have had a very difficult time fasting on keto but have been successful in the past week. I have lost 1 lb or less a month since the beginning of January. I only seem to loose when I fast. I think the first 10 pounds was the same water weight that most people loose just because it came off pretty quickly.
