Organic Spiced Rooibos Chai Tea (Amazon Wickedly Prime)

For all the herbal tea fans out there, this is one to keep in mind. I ordered the 3-pack a few weeks ago and have been very impressed. I was looking for something I could drink to cut-back on my coffee consumption, so far this has been great. Being a spiced chai it definitely has fall/winter flavors so I doubt it’ll be a year round go to, but that’s to be expected.

I recently gave up coffee during the week. This has been a suitable replacement and no BG spike.

Love the Good Earth herbal. Straight, or with hwc if I feel the need for dessert.

I like rooibos so this will be a fun one to try. I can give the Good Earth sweet and spicy a thumbs up.
