Ordering Ghee and MCT from overseas

Do you see any problems with ordering ghee from overseas? It would be unrefrigerated for several days, might be hot and cold during transport. Same question for MCT oil :).
Also, any recommendations of these two products from iherb.com is appreciated.

They are normally stored at room temp in the stores, should be ok.

It’s very easy to make ghee. Just look online.
I also let it cook a bit longer so the milk solids get medium/dark brown. It makes the ghee taste like brown butter or almost caramel.
I keep them in pint size mason jars in the back of the refrigerator.

Not sure where you are, but thanks to a tip on the forum, I now buy my ghee from the local Indian supermarket. They keep it on the shelf, so doesn’t need refrigeration and I keep mine in the cupboard. It was very reasonably priced. 800gm cost me AUD$13
