Optimal Fat Intake

What is it?

According to macros i’m told to limit fat to about 130g a day.

there are so many mixed messages on this. Some people say fat is your limit (which is why i used that word above), then there are others liek Stephanie Ketoperson whom i’ve just watched on youtube who say seat 200g butter a day (ugh).

i would hope after 9nmonths i am fat adapted, but how can you tell?

weight loss, health, general well being, etc

For weight loss, you eat fat to satiety. There is no target.
The more fat you eat, the less of your fat you burn.
